At RDesignsHub, we are committed to providing professional and high-quality digital design services to our clients. Since our services involve customized work created specifically for you, we have specific rules for cancellations and refunds. Please review them carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and work has started, it cannot be cancelled due to the personalized nature of our services.
If you wish to cancel your order before any work has commenced, please contact us immediately at 📧 [your email]. Approval will be at our sole discretion.
If cancellation is approved before work begins, a partial refund (after deducting any administrative fees, if applicable) may be issued.

Refunds

As our services are digital and custom-made, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
However, at RDesignsHub, we believe in fairness and client satisfaction. If there is a blunder or a major mistake from our side—for example:
- Delivery of the wrong service package,
- Corrupted or unusable files,
- Incomplete delivery of promised services, or
- Failure to meet clearly agreed project requirements,
  We will carefully review the situation and, if justified, process a partial or full refund.
In some cases, we may also offer a revision or replacement of the service as the first step to resolve the issue before proceeding with a refund.
Refunds, once approved, will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after delivery of the service.
Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (for example: design taste) when the service was delivered as per agreed scope.
Delay caused due to lack of communication, delayed feedback, or missing inputs from the client’s side.
Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
