Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and work has started, it cannot be cancelled due to the personalized nature of our services.

If cancellation is approved before work begins, a partial refund (after deducting any administrative fees, if applicable) may be issued.
 
Refunds

As our services are digital and custom-made, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

However, at RDesignsHub, we believe in fairness and client satisfaction. If there is a blunder or a major mistake from our side—for example:

Delivery of the wrong service package,

Corrupted or unusable files,
 - 
Incomplete delivery of promised services, or

Failure to meet clearly agreed project requirements,
We will carefully review the situation and, if justified, process a partial or full refund.

In some cases, we may also offer a revision or replacement of the service as the first step to resolve the issue before proceeding with a refund.
 - Refunds, once approved, will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
 
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after delivery of the service.

Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (for example: design taste) when the service was delivered as per agreed scope.

Delay caused due to lack of communication, delayed feedback, or missing inputs from the client’s side.

Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date.
 
Exchanges
